Deployment Co-Ordinator - 3-month contract - Fully Remote

My Customer is looking for a Deployment Co-Ordinator to play a key role in a large-scale laptop refresh project . This position is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service . You'll be engaging with users, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth transition to new devices.

Deployment Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities

Engage with users to guide them through the laptop deployment process.'
Schedule and coordinate appointments for device deployment.'
Work closely with the technical team to ensure a seamless rollout.'
Track progress and resolve any scheduling or logistical challenges.'
Provide clear and friendly communication to users, addressing any concerns.'
Maintain accurate records and reports of deployments.

What We're Looking For

Project Coordination experience, ideally in IT deployments or rollouts.'

Strong customer-facing communication skills.'

Ability to manage scheduling and logistics efficiently.'

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.'

Experience with Microsoft Office & scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams).

The Deployment Co-Ordinator allows a fully remote working pattern.
