Location : Glasgow (Hybrid)

Type : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Up to £70k + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, senior leadership role offering both strategic influence and operational responsibility. You’ll lead a small in-house finance team and manage outsourced credit control, reporting directly to the MD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress toward a Finance Director role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Champion the use of technology to enhance finance operations and customer / supplier interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and fiscal requirements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
