Joining the leadership team you will support driving the next exciting chapter in their journey.

We’re looking for…

An experienced and commercially focused Financial Controller who’s ready to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations and play a strategic role in supporting business growth.

Essential qualifications :

Fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong commercial finance and analytical experience
Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and management accounts
Solid understanding of standard accountancy practices
Confident using ERP systems and financial software

Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

A clear and confident communicator with great stakeholder skills

Hands-on and comfortable working across all areas of finance, from reporting to payroll

A problem-solver who’s always looking for ways to improve processes

Curious, collaborative, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo
