Interim Financial Controller - Glasgow (Hybrid / Remote) | 6-Month ContractiMultiply are delighted to be working with a high-growth business is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to provide immediate financial leadership during a pivotal phase of expansion.

The Role

As Interim Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function, designing and implementing the systems, controls, and reporting frameworks needed to support sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, strategic role working closely with the board and founders to guide the business through its next investment phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement robust financial systems, controls, and reporting structures
• Lead cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with VAT, CIS, and statutory obligations
• Support funding activities, including financial modelling and due diligence
• Provide strategic financial insight to support growth and risk management
• Liaise with investors, banks, and auditors on financial reporting
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for operational and board-level reporting
• Prepare the business structurally and financially for future investment
