3PL Resources are looking for a professional Operations Manager to recruit temps, plan, direct and coordinate the organization’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse operation and continually improve operations, driving operational KPI’s
• Be responsible for our temp staff recruits by our in house temp agency
• Succession plan for personnel and team growth
• Set internal KPIs and monitor performance
• To be a champion for H&S, encompassing accuracy, quality & housekeeping
• Perform route-planning for transport operation
• Manage drivers & their performance
