What you'll do

As an IT Operations Engineer at Point72, you will provide essential services for a client-focused technology service model, working independently and as part of a global team. The role requires diagnosing and resolving issues, guiding clients, and offering advice with patience and empathy. Specifically, you will :

• Provide hands-on technical support and advice to clients, managing expectations to enhance their technology experience
• Prioritize workload to deliver best-in-class support
• Diagnose and resolve technology issues promptly, addressing all client queries with patience and empathy
• Guide and train clients on current technologies and corporate policies
• Train clients on new technologies and processes to improve adoption
• Promote client empowerment through self-service portals
• Maintain relationships with local and off-site technology service providers
• Develop project plans for small and large-scale projects
• Provide rotational, 24x7 on-call support
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Perform moves, adds, and changes as required
• Track incidents, document root causes, create knowledge base articles, and generate status reports
• Conduct daily system checks as per procedures
