Maintenance Electrician

Hours of Work : Full-time, dayshifts only (37 hours per week)

Salary & Benefits : £DOE

Main Purpose of Post

Based in Glenrothes, the successful candidate will support the production team by ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained in safe working order. As part of the group maintenance team, travel to other Proclad sites within the Glenrothes area may be required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests via the Pirana system promptly.
• Utilize fault-finding skills to repair machinery.
• Complete and close out maintenance tasks in the system.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform PPM tasks as scheduled to minimize production downtime.
• Coordinate with production regarding access to equipment.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the business.
