Job Title : Maintenance Electrician Location : Fife Salary : £38-£40k + Van + Benefits Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent Sector : Facilities Management Overview : We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our facilities management team, supporting commercial and public sector buildings across the Fife region. The successful candidate will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems on client sites. Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical systems including lighting, power, distribution boards, and emergency systems.
• Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and minor installations as required.
• Complete testing and inspection of electrical systems, ensuring full compliance with current regulations.
• Accurately maintain records, logbooks, and documentation for all work undertaken.
• Support compliance with statutory regulations and internal quality, health & safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other trades and FM personnel to deliver a first-class service.
• Participate in on-call rota and attend emergency call-outs as required. Requirements :
