Delivery Manager - Digital Transformation

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to be at the heart of multidisciplinary teams at TPXimpact. You will guide teams in delivering projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring clarity in roles, prioritising work, and engaging clients effectively. You will work across various sectors, including local councils, central government, health organisations, and third sector organisations, often stepping into leadership roles in smaller teams or projects with tighter budgets.

Dimensions

• Budget : Manage project budgets, balancing cost versus value.
• Headcount : Build and maintain multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Resource complexity and nature of work teams : Work with both TPXimpact and client teams, ensuring motivation and collaboration.
• Problem solving responsibility and complexity : Identify obstacles, facilitate delivery flow, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Change management requirements : Guide teams through new process implementations and adapt Agile methodologies as needed.
• Internal / External interactions : Build relationships with senior clients, support Sales and Marketing teams, and participate in the Community of Practice.
• Strategic timeframe working towards : Ensure projects deliver on time and on budget, contributing to long-term client success.
