Second Chef

Alfa Leisureplex Group  has an opportunity for a  Second Chef  to join the team at The Regina Hotel, Torquay.

Second Chef working hours :

As a  Second Chef  you will work  35 - 40 hours per week , including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £14.91 – Regardless of age!

Being a Second Chef :

As a Second Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef looking after all aspects of a hotel kitchen and deputising on the Head Chefs days off and annual leave. We offer a set menu on a 7-day cycle system for our guests, who are predominately coach customers. The menu is repeated each week with the majority of starters, mains and sweets made in-house using fresh produce.

You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a consistent standard of food, where we expect the highest standards of food safety and health and safety within the kitchen environment.
