Transport Supervisor

Flexible People are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Planning and Supervisor to oversee the transport operations at one of our prestigious clients based in Droitwich. This role will focus on ensuring timely and efficient distribution of cleaning products to their customers, coordinating with drivers, warehouse staff, and suppliers, and optimizing delivery routes. The successful candidate will also supervise a team of transport staff, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards while maintaining high levels of service quality.

This role requires a high degree of flexibility, as shift patterns may vary. The working week could follow either a Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday rota, and the successful candidate must be available for both.

Typical shift times include :

10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

12 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM

The ideal candidate should be prepared to work any of the above shift patterns as required.

The rate of pay for this position is £13.06 per hour.
