Job Outline

Working as part of the Doncaster showroom team, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients, assisting them, identifying requirements, and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their needs and aspirations.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Greeting clients upon entry to the showroom.
• Recommending suitable product ranges based on client specifications (dimensions, budget).
• Providing detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
• Handling payments directly from clients, including credit / debit card transactions, ensuring receipts are issued.
• Answering telephone inquiries and dealing with client queries.
• Following the agreed sales process.
