Ideally working in a customer focused retail environment, where you offer a 121 service. Strong people management skills : communication, motivation, coaching, and training Used to working towards commercial KPI’s Performance & process driven and able to inspire your team to excel. As a Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in inspiring a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences & commercial reward.
The roles and responsibilities of this Deputy Manager – Lifestyle retail role :
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the store and overall business success.
- Deliver of Commercial KPI’s include ATV, UPT, Sales & Stock control.
- Step in for the Store Manager when needed and take charge of daily operations.
- Drive store performance through excellent service, smooth operations, and strong teamwork.
- Support the Store Manager in building a culture of trust and open feedback.
- Help recruit, hire, and retain a talented, diverse store team.
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
