Are you looking to gain experience in secondary schools? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a collection of secondary schools in East Grinstead . Whether you’re a graduate, an aspiring teacher, or someone with experience working with young people, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into the classroom and develop your skills!
The Role :
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Support students with their learning and respond to any questions
Work flexibly across different schools and subjects
What We’re Looking For :
Confident and engaging individuals with strong communication skills
Experience working with young people (coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
