With an established national footprint and a substantial pipeline of new projects, the business is scaling rapidly and seeking an Asset Manager to help drive portfolio performance and long-term value.

The Role
- Optimise financial and operational performance across a growing residential portfolio.
- Prepare insightful reporting and analysis for stakeholders and investors.
- Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives within operations.
- Oversee annual budgets, monitor variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Provide support across both residential and commercial assets.
- Stay ahead of market trends and propose initiatives to maximise value.
What They’re Looking For
Degree-qualified, ideally with postgraduate real estate or finance training.Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting.Solid understanding of real estate investment and asset management.Confident user of Excel and data analysis tools.Proactive, collaborative, and commercially sharp.Exposure to investment modelling would be an advantage.Why Apply?
