Asset Manager - BTR

I am working with a leading investor, developer, and operator in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector, well capitalised and backed by institutional partners. With an established national footprint and a substantial pipeline of new projects, the business is scaling rapidly and seeking an Asset Manager to help drive portfolio performance and long-term value.

The Role

• Optimise financial and operational performance across a growing residential portfolio.
• Prepare insightful reporting and analysis for stakeholders and investors.
• Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives within operations.
• Oversee annual budgets, monitor variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Provide support across both residential and commercial assets.
• Stay ahead of market trends and propose initiatives to maximise value.
