Finance Manager

An established, multi-site business in the FMCG / Retail sector is seeking a Finance Manager to support the commercial and procurement functions within its retail operations. This role will be key in delivering accurate financial insight, improving margin control, and identifying opportunities to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

This is a commercially-focused, hands-on role that requires strong business partnering skills and a proactive approach to finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive Finance Business Partner to commercial and procurement teams
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis, including :
• Monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Annual budgeting
• Variance analysis and bridge reporting
• Ad-hoc commercial performance insight
• Support consignment reconciliation and margin management
• Present departmental financial performance at weekly trading meetings
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting divisional targets and results
• Challenge and validate forecast assumptions and key performance indicators
