Overview
As a senior technical leader, you will guide, mentor, and oversee a team of process engineers based in Baku. Your role will involve setting the technical direction for the group, fostering professional growth among junior engineers, and ensuring high standards of engineering excellence. You will also be responsible for planning, budgeting, organising, and managing the process team for large-scale projects.

The role will have direct responsibility for the study, design, and specification of equipment, piping and instrumentation related to processing plants such as oil and gas production (onshore and offshore), LNG facilities, ammonia, ethylene, organic chemicals and refined products, as well as working in projects in the energy transition field such as hydrogen and biofuels. Projects within KBR vary from small scale studies through to large EPC projects across a wide range of technologies and you could be expected to work on a diverse range of project phases across different process technologies.
