Are you currently working as a HR Manager in a fast-paced business? Are you feeling a little stagnant in your current role and looking for something new and exciting? Its the perfect time to join our company!

Were on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager on a full-time, permanent basis to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead on all HR initiatives across our site in Ollerton.

Youll be working Monday to Friday, business hours with start & finish times flexible.

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What youll do on a typical day :

Providing dedicated HR Support for Ollerton site within the GXO Direct Business Unit.

Ensuring that processes are in place for talent identification, succession planning and coaching for leaders and high potential colleagues

Building and driving the site HR People plan to support an overall business plan, developing employee relations agenda

Facilitating harmonious employee relations with the site teams and any respective Trade Union representatives to ensure optimum working efficiency within the operation

Supporting the L&D strategy for the site and delivering on-site training programmes to meet identified training needs

What you need to succeed at GXO :

Have demonstrable experience in a similar role fast paced HR role

Practiced in dealing with trade unions and associated collective agreements

Excellent people management skills with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levels

Proven track record in change management and Cultural Development Experience

Be a strong relationship builder and possess good coaching skills
