Job Description

The Mansfield site produces a wide range of highly decorated metal packaging for the consumer and industrial markets and is seeking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager who will define opportunities and drive value across the site functions and processes by deploying CI improvement tools and methodologies. The role reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Accountabilities :

Develop local Roadmaps in line with Eviosys ambition and vision.
Train, coach and develop CI competences. Support standardisation alignment, approach and ways of working.
Proactively identify improvement initiatives, define value and deliver savings using CI tools and methodologies.
Promote and use root cause analysis to eliminate or reduce loss. Quantify, monitor progress and results.
Champion Lean Waste identification and elimination.
Update Regional Continuous Improvement Manager of progress, activities tracking and escalate support needs.

Qualifications :

Ability to engage, coach and train various levels of audiences.

Experienced use of structured problem-solving tools, techniques and root cause analysis.

Record of leading, coaching and facilitating CI projects applying a structured methodology e.g. 8D, A3, Kaizen, 6 Sigma.

DMAIC trained would be an advantage (White Belt).

Analytical skills to process information and data in order to define priorities and opportunities.
