Our client, an established and ethical recruitment business, is seeking to expand and develop its team within its Wakefield office. They have an existing network of branches across the region and handle temporary and permanent vacancies on behalf of Commercial, Industrial, and Engineering clients (amongst others). This is an exciting time to join, as they are experiencing a real period of growth. They are highly focused on customer service and service delivery, and look to hire the best recruitment professionals.

They wish to appoint a focused Recruitment Consultant to work within this busy team, supporting the manager, leading by example, and assisting with the day-to-day management of the junior team members. They are looking for someone who possesses a strong work ethic and huge pride in their work. This is a fast-paced post and will include :

Assisting the manager with the day-to-day running of the Industrial Division.

Advertising, interviewing and referencing applicants.
