Job Title : Town Planner / Senior Town Planner / Principal Planner

A well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking an experienced Town Planner, Senior Town Planner, or Principal Planner to join their growing planning team in Winchester. The Role :

You will work on a broad range of planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills and be confident managing planning applications, liaising with stakeholders, and advising clients. Experience with larger-scale developments-especially those within the London area-is advantageous.

Key Requirements :

• Chartered Membership of the RTPI (MRTPI), or actively working towards it
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in town planning (private or public sector)
