Job Duties :

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons to students

Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in English or related field

Education :

Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)

Experience :

Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary level

Knowledge and Skills :

Strong understanding of the English curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree in Education or related field

Working Conditions :

The role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional meetings or events outside regular hours.
