Overview
Job Title : Lead Clinician at Red Kite School, Buckinghamshire HP27 0JW. Permanent (term time only or flexible around full-time contract can be discussed). 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 4-day Working Week trials may apply. Salary typically £50,000 (DOE) with additional Welcome Bonus opportunities as described in the posting.
The role
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Red Kite School. Work collaboratively with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Regional Clinical Lead. Split duties between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils who may present with complex profiles of need due to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH and related needs. Focus on EHCP plan delivery within OFG’s clinical framework (all, group, and individual approaches). Coordinate line management of onsite clinical staff and contribute to service development of the school-based clinical service in partnership with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
