The Role :

Overseeing the daily running of the kitchen and catering service

Managing and supporting catering staff

Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance

Ordering stock and managing budgets effectively

Delivering excellent customer service

Requirements :

Previous experience in a catering management or supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of food hygiene regulations

• Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
• Up to date Safegaurding training

Ability to start immediately
