We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to support and lead a team of Delivery Executives (aka resources / recruiters) to be the best they can be.

Responsibilities
Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the businessSource and qualify candidates for our live vacancies across our 4 global industries, working closely with the business winning team.Set weekly / monthly objectives for your teamComplete monthly performance reviewsSupport and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progressionPerform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidanceOversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interestBecome an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material availableWork with the Delivery Manager to map staff career progressionConstantly improve delivery processes, focusing on maintaining high standards, best practices, and productivityShow commitment and dedication to the business and their team fostering a positive workplaceCoach and support your team through being tenacious and motivationalRequirements
Excellent active listening and communication skillsPrevious managerial experience in the recruitment industryExperience in staff training and onboarding experiencePrevious exposure to capability management and staff support for under-performersLife Sciences, Data & IT or Renewable Energy contract staffing experience(preferred)Interested in this role?
