What’s the opportunity?

The opportunity is to join as Lead Product Manager for a key B2B / B2G platform, from discovery and definition through launch and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Translating enterprise and public sector needs into product strategy and scalable platform features
• Leading structured discovery using frameworks like JTBD and Lean Canvas
• Collaborating across engineering, UX, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver secure and user-focused features
• Managing the roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for onboarding, integrations, and product enhancements
• Balancing the needs of clients and end users in B2B2C environments — ensuring quality experiences for both
• Tracking product performance with data, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, B2G, or platform environments
• Digital Identity experience is essential - KYC, identity, verifiable credentials, decentralized identity, mobile driving licence; developing systems in identity
• Experience building software in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems
• Familiarity with enterprise technology and / or public sector environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to align legal, commercial, and technical teams
• Comfort working with KPIs, product analytics, and structured prioritisation frameworks
• Proficiency in modern product tooling (Figma, Confluence, Miro, analytics dashboards etc.)
