Production Technician

Purpose

To safely manufacture custom-designed electronic hardware to meet customer, regulatory, and specification requirements, as part of a collaborative Production Team.

Responsibilities

Manufacture products in line with standard practices, build instructions, and safety requirements, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Operate production equipment and tooling correctly, ensuring all tools are safe and fit for use, and promptly reporting any issues to the Production Manager.

Follow safe working practices at all times, including correct use of PPE where required.

Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) processes, procedures, and work instructions to maintain product conformity.

Apply a “Right First Time” approach to all tasks, ensuring consistent quality standards throughout the build process.

Knowledge / Experience

Required :

Demonstrable experience in a similar manufacturing or production role.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

Ideal :

Qualification in Electronics Engineering.
