This is an outstanding opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial operations within a growing Cambridge regional office. With a salary of up to £100,000 plus bonus and package, this role offers the chance to shape large-scale projects, manage a team, and play a pivotal part in the company’s continued success across the East of England.

About You

Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a commercial team.

In-depth knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts and commercial best practices.

Excellent negotiation and client-facing skills.

Organised, detail-focused, and commercially astute.

Backgrounds such as Commercial Manager or Lead Quantity Surveyor will also be considered.
