We offer hybrid working however, you must be able to travel to our Head Office in Skipton at a minimum of 1 day per week, with flexibility and more presence needed during initial 3 week training period.## Salary : £26,000 Per Annum## Closing Date : Sun, 9 Nov 2025We are recruiting for multiple Direct Lending Advisers to come and join our Homes Business. This role requires any successful candidates to join on Monday 1st December. We’re also hiring for Customer Service Advisers and Mortgage Advisers – roles you may also be considered for, depending on your experience and interests.Not just another building society. The teams consist of Direct Lending Advisers, Mortgage Relationship Advisers, and Qualified Mortgage Advisers. You will be verifying the customer's income and expenditure which involves not only checking basic affordability but also understanding any unique circumstances the customer might have that could affect the lending decision. Completing the credit search is the final step in the process as it gives customers a better idea of how much they may be able to borrow and what to expect from Skipton. After a successful DIP, you will take ownership of the customer and support them through to the next stage of being booked in with a qualified mortgage adviser.Homes Advice provides a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters both personal growth and career development.
