Job description

Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with one of the UK’s largest franchised estate agency groups who are looking for a full time, on-site Sales Negotiator to join their team in Doncaster.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Managing property sales and lettings
  • Liaising with clients and potential buyers
  • Negotiating offers
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Contributing to marketing activities

Essential Attributes :

  • Sales and Estate Agents skills (2 years + experience)
  • Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
  • Experience in Lettings
  • Excellent negotiation abilities and sales-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in property management software is a plus
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

    • Benefits :

  • 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

    • Working hours – Monday to Friday - 08 : 30 - 16 : 30 and 2 / 4 Saturdays a month – 9 : 00 – 12 : 00

    Salary - £26,000 - £30,00 (DOE) plus commission
