Claims Assistant \nHuddersfield \n£24,000\n\nA very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Assistant to join a personal injury law firm. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career.\n\n\nMain Duties:\n\n- Receive inbound claim enquiries via telephone\n\n- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls\n\n- Accurately obtain and update the case management system with all relevant customer and claim detail \n\n- Assess the potential success of the claim \n\n- Effectively identify the most appropriate protocol to begin the claim\n\n- To conduct themselves with empathy and professionalism at all times whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction\n\n- Pro-actively communicating with our customer's to assist them in beginning their claim\n\n- Assist the Fee Earner's with tasks as required\n\n\n\nSkills Required: \n\n\n\n- Minimum of 5 GCSE's - Maths and English are essential\n\n- Experience of working within a fast paced customer centric environment is desirable\n\n- Experience and knowledge of personal injury claims is desirable\n\n- Experience and knowledge of handling customer telephone calls is essential\n\n\n\nIf you have experience working within a Claims Advisor or Customer Service role and are interested in this position please apply ASAP!\n\nCLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
