Responsibilities

  • Cook and present dishes, in line with specification, in a busy environment.
  • Deliver food GP% to budget.
  • Stocktaking and management of stock control.
  • Recruit, train and coach junior team members.
  • Maintain high standards of food health and safety.

    • Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exemplary standards of personal hygiene and presentation
  • The ability to recruit, train and coach junior team members
  • The ability to manage stock and maintain stock control
  • A strong understanding of food health and safety
  • The ability to cook and present dishes, in line with specification, in a busy environment
  • Previous experience as Head Chef within a busy kitchen
  • Keen to develop, willing to take on responsibility and remain calm under pressure

    • KM £38,053 per annum includes average Tronc £1,076 (based on Tronc paid out May / June 2025)

    Live in deduction £4,268 pa
