Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all cropping, pasture, and livestock operations across the estate
• Apply organic and regenerative techniques to improve soil health, yield, and product quality
• Implement strategic grazing and forage / cover crop planning for improved productivity
• Develop agri‑environment and natural capital schemes aligned with the farm’s commercial aims
• Manage farm finances, including budgeting, purchasing, and sales

Ensure best practice in health & safety , compliance, and record‑keeping>
