Evolve are partnering with family-run community pharmacy group are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. You’ll be overseeing multiple branches throughout the East Midlands driving operational excellence, inspiring high-performing teams, and shaping the future of NHS and private services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a business that values fresh ideas, rewards ambition and is dedicated to exceptional patient care.
This is a full-time role covering stores across the East Midlands, specifically, Derby, Leicester and Northampton.
