We are recruiting for an Associate Director and Director due to growth. The Role

We are looking for an Associate Director and Director due to growth. Ideally, with strong quantitative or mixed method approaches in primary market research. We are looking for someone from a research agency with strong expertise across various therapy areas, such as rare diseases, general medicine and / or oncology.

You'll work across a range of different methods such as patient journey and satisfaction surveys, customer segmentation and brand positioning. There is brilliant access to incredibly interesting and strategic work which comes from the diversity of their team’s offering across strategy, market access, AI and modelling as well as the research team, giving clients, and you, a huge toolkit to generate brilliant insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support Associate Director and Director level work and contribute to growth initiatives.
  • Engage in primary market research across therapy areas including rare diseases, general medicine and oncology.
  • Apply quantitative or mixed methods approaches in research design and analysis.
  • Contribute to client briefs, proposals, and delivering insights across projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong quantitative or mixed-methods experience in primary market research.
  • Experience from a research agency with expertise across therapy areas (rare diseases, general medicine and / or oncology).
  • Ability to work across patient journey, satisfaction surveys, segmentation, and brand positioning.
