The Role

As a Supported Housing Officer, you'll be a steady presence for people facing real challenges—offering support, encouragement, and practical help. You'll be someone clients can rely on as they rebuild their confidence and day-to-day skills.

You'll help clients settle in, understand their rights and responsibilities, and feel at home. You'll assist with setting goals, managing benefits and accessing the support they need. It's about building trust, being hands-on, and making sure the accommodation is safe, clean and welcoming.
