HEAD OF CREATIVE - CONSUMER FACING BRAND
This is a unique opportunity to shape the creative direction and design output of two well-established retail brands during an exciting period of change and reinvigoration. As Head of Creative, you'll set the tone for brand storytelling, lead a talented multi-disciplinary team, and ensure consistency and impact across every touchpoint, from digital channels and paid media to in-store environments, photography, and seasonal campaigns.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role where you'll be driving concepts, guiding execution, and challenging how things are done to ensure both brands remain relevant, bold, and competitive.

- Someone who can own and evolve the creative vision across two distinct brands, flexing appropriately to different audiences and channels
- A manager / leader who's confident inspiring a creative studio team, including designers and photographers, while overseeing outsourced production
- Someone with proven retail or ecommerce experience who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Someone hands-on in concept development - from mood boards and typography to seasonal campaign ideation, overseeing workflow from initial concepts to delivery
- A digital native creative thought leader, who can balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives, ensuring creative drives both engagement and sales
