Production Operative - Snodland

£12.25 per hour

  • Standard hours :

Monday - Thursday : 07 : 30 - 16 : 00

  • Friday : 07 : 30 - 12 : 30
  • (37.5 paid hours per week)

    • The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site based in Snodland . This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with full training provided and the chance to progress from Temporary to Permanent .

    The Role

  • General production and assembly work .
  • Use of power tools (experience desirable but not essential - full training provided).
  • Working to customer-specific orders with tolerances down to 1mm.
  • Varied tasks throughout the day - attention to detail is key.
  • Physical, hands-on duties in a workshop environment.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Reliability and good timekeeping are essential.
  • Previous production or power tool experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Physically fit due to the nature of the work.

  • Workload may vary seasonally.
