The Role

We are seeking an Associate to join the firm's thriving Corporate team in Newcastle. This role presents an outstanding opportunity for rapid career advancement within a team known for its growth and success.

Your focus will be on transactional corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. You'll also engage in non-transactional projects like corporate restructurings, reorganisations, and share incentive plans. Additionally, there are opportunities to work with publicly listed clients, adding valuable breadth to your experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor (1+ PQE)
• Strong client engagement skills with a commercial mindset
• Ability to build and maintain client and colleague relationships
