The Role:

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Residential Property/Conveyancing Lawyer 3+ PQE to join their expanding City outfit.

Residential Property/Conveyancing has become one of the most prominent departments at this firm and caters to new and established clients of the firm. This role will involve working alongside a highly experienced team. You will be given an excellent level of investment and guidance to further develop your knowledge and progress within the team.

This firm is established in all departments; however, the Residential Property department is unquestionably exciting at this moment. The practice is growing and uses the most modern case management software/systems as the firm is always looking for ways to evolve and maintain their 21st Century approach to matters.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, secured lending and more.

The firm has ambitious growth planned over the next 24 months, making now an exciting time to join the practice.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property/Conveyancing Associate with 3+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will enjoy working in a client-facing position and be able to develop rapport
