Job Title : Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

Team : Core and Build Infrastructure Engineering (CBIE) Team - Tech Services

Reporting into : Cloud and Infrastructure Manager

Hybrid Working : 3 / 2 - based at Sports Interactive

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to help us evolve our hybrid cloudplatform and infrastructure strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design,

deploy and maintain scalable, secure and cost-effective systems in Microsoft Azure and our onpremises private cloud.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Azure architecture, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation.

You will have shared responsibility and technical ownership of our Azure Cloud environment,ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and supports the needs of our growing studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure-based architectures including, networking, identity, security,and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-studio teams to advise on optimal deployment strategies acrossAzure and on-prem environments.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps), demonstratingadvanced skills and driving adoption across teams.
• Lead and support platform engineering initiatives to improve developer experience, CI / CDpipelines, and system reliability.
• Execute complex projects from design through to implementation and transition to BAU,with comprehensive documentation.
• Apply FinOps and cloud governance principles to ensure cost-effective, secure, andscalable infrastructure.
• Leverage AI / ML tooling to automate repetitive tasks and optimize infrastructure operations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to improve ourenvironment.
