The Opportunity We are seeking a Day Service Manager to lead a well-established service for adults with learning disabilities in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and helping people to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.

What Youll Do Lead and inspire a team of support staff and assistant managers

Ensure the delivery of safe, innovative, and engaging services

Create and oversee activity programmes that promote learning, independence, and wellbeing

Drive service development with fresh ideas and a focus on quality

Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals

About You We are looking for a dynamic leader who has :

• ? Experience managing teams in social care (learning disabilities desirable)
