Business Development Manager (UK)

Job Description

10K Used is a fast-growing marketplace focused on helping the professional AV industry buy and sell high-quality used equipment. We work closely with rental houses and industry professionals to source equipment efficiently, extend the lifecycle of pro gear, and unlock value for both buyers and sellers.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our supply-side relationships with AV rental houses across the UK and Europe. This is a hunter-focused role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building trust, and creating long-term partnerships in the AV space.

As a Business Development Manager at 10K Used, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and visiting rental companies that have surplus or underutilised AV equipment to sell.

You’ll own the relationship from the first conversation through ongoing partnership.

Key responsibilities include :

• Proactively sourcing and engaging AV rental companies
• Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Identifying opportunities to source and sell used equipment inventory
• Educating partners on 10K Used’s marketplace, sourcing, and auction capabilities
• Managing a full outbound sales cycle (prospecting → close → ongoing relationship)
