- Create and deliver a Menu for a busy venue in Soho
- Oyster focussed menu, with New York style bar food
- Work with the owners to create relevant dishes
- Work with the front of house team to maximise SPH
- Work 4-5 Days per week
- Responsible for costing all dishes and maintaining an agreed purchasing budget
- Responsible for maintaining a 4
- and above food hygeine rating
- Must have experience with constructing menus, Costing, BoH Managment.
- Open Kitchen
- Oppertunity to Travel and collaberate with other high level restaurants.
Progression is available as we expand to multisite, to over see the menu's accross the venues and assist with managing a growing team.
