Salary : £35,000 – £45,000

Pension : 10% employer contribution

The Role

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller , you will :

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and statutory reports

Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations

Lead interactions with external auditors and manage the audit process

File VAT, Corporation Tax, and regulatory returns

Support budgeting and forecasting , providing insights for strategic decisions

Contribute to key projects, including acquisitions, system upgrades, and process improvements

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or similar)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ambitious, commercially minded , and eager to develop within a leading organisation
