School Caretaker Required Job Type : Contract Start date : ASAP Industry : Maintenance Location : Various locations around Middlesbrough Salary : £13 HWP / £14.25 PIR JOB DESCRIPTION : Our client is looking for a School Caretaker to join their team on a static site in Middlesbrough. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS. HOURS Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Daily responsibilities will include :

• Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
• Key holder - opening and locking building
• Liaising with contractors on site Requirements for the role
