Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – High Earnings – Harrow

Location : Harrow, Middlesex

Salary : £27,000 – £31,000 basic (including car allowance) + uncapped commission + bonus + pension + DIS

Financial Guarantees : Up to £800 per month for 6 months

OTE : £50,000 Year 1 / £80,000+ Year 2

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is representing a leading national estate agency brand in Harrow, actively seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their high-performing branch. With over 100 property sales per month and an average property value of £570,000, this opportunity offers both high-quality cases and consistent lead flow.

What’s on Offer

  • Basic Salary : £27,000 – £31,000 including car allowance.
  • Financial Guarantee : Up to £800 per month for 6 months.
  • Earnings Potential :
  • OTE £50,000 in Year 1.
  • OTE £80,000+ in Year 2.
  • Commission Structure : 10%–25% sliding scale, £300–£750 per case, with no validation level.
  • Hot Leads Provided : 8–10 new mortgage leads weekly from in-branch referrals and digital enquiries.
  • Remortgage Potential : Large portfolio of existing clients for repeat business.
  • Whole-of-Market Access : Provide tailored advice with hundreds of lenders and protection providers.
  • Support & Progression : Full admin support, in-branch referrals, and a structured career pathway with ongoing training.

The Role – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As part of a busy and successful estate agency branch in Harrow, your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
  • Conducting detailed affordability assessments and compliant fact finds.
  • Converting high-quality, pre-qualified leads into written business.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
  • Managing your own pipeline to ensure smooth progress from application to completion.
  • Working collaboratively with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities.

    • About You

    To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
  • Strong background in mortgage and protection sales.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Organised, compliance-focused, and target-driven approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
  • Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions.
  • Estate agency experience is desirable but not essential.
