We are an award winning 4-star plus hotel situated only 5 minutes from Auckland International Airport. The hotel has 222 rooms and a large conference centre, 2 kitchens, and several F&B outlets. Our buildings and grounds are well maintained and we love creating an experience of genuine hospitality, care, and excellent service for guests.
The Role
As Maintenance Manager you will report to our Property and Assets Manager and will be in-charge of running a small team of maintenance staff whilst coordinating a range of general hotel maintenance, repairs, upkeep of the hotel’s grounds, rooms and public areas. You will liaise with contractors, negotiate with suppliers, and plan and execute project work.
The usual work shifts are Monday to Friday with occasional emergency call-outs on weekends. We are seeking an experienced maintenance manager who is comfortable handling :
