Shift Manager

We are recruiting for Shift Managers in Wellesbourne, CV35 with immediate start.

Shift Pattern : Various Shift Patterns

Hourly Rate : £15.38 per hour

Duties :

• . Oversee all warehouse operations during assigned shift (inbound, outbound, and returns).
• . Manage and support team leaders and warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• . Monitor KPIs, productivity, and workflow efficiency throughout the shift.
• . Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and company procedures.
• . Handle shift planning, attendance, and issue resolution.
• . Report operational performance and incidents to senior management.
