As Deputy Manager, you will be at the heart of a boutique that represents elegance, craftsmanship, and exclusivity. You will support the Store Manager in leading an inspiring team, delivering world-class service, and driving outstanding commercial results within one of the brand's most important international flagships.

Deputy Manager Responsibilities :

Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Support the Store Manager with all aspects of boutique operations, ensuring flawless execution at every level.

Drive sales and performance through strategic clienteling, networking, and cultivating long-term relationships.

Maintain impeccable operational and visual standards that reflect the brand's luxury heritage.

Act as a role model and brand ambassador, setting the tone for excellence and professionalism.

The Ideal Deputy Manager :

Experienced in luxury retail as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor.
